Refund Policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/ new with tags. To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase. 

The merchandise being returned must be in original condition. Unwashed, unworn, and unused with its hangtags still intact. For hygienic purposes, we suggest trying on all items with undergarments before removing any tags. Items returned stained or obviously worn (makeup, deodorant, etc) will not be accepted and sent back to customer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week.

Sale/ Discounted items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for a price adjustment, return, or exchange.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange New/ Unworn Items with tags. One exchange per item. 
Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges.
